Hello, I'm Simon. I write little iOS applications that don't change the world, but perhaps make it a slightly more fun place.

In previous lives I developed commercial software, project managed and taught piano. Now it is a new, simpler life of development for fun with walks around the beautiful islands of Orkney.

Below are the apps I have coded to date. There are a few here so far, but check back again later for new arrivals.

Give the apps a look and feel free to drop me a line. If you have any suggestions for changes or new apps I will be only too happy to hear them.

Crib Board

Crib Board is the wooden scoreboard you can carry with you everywhere.

This app is a little nod to this card-playing nostalgia, as well as providing a rattle-free scoreboard you can rely on.

Life Total

Stacks Image 217
Life Total provides a simple and novel way to track each player’s health in many different two-player games. As health decreases so an image of a skull begins to show through.

I love board games, card games and D&D. My Magic the Gathering ability is low but I was inspired to write a little app that tracks players life by slowly turning their faces into skulls. I also wanted to make sure it could be used on other games so there is some flexibility in the settings.
